Telesound Terms and Conditions Definitions: "Telesound" means Telesound Marketing Ltd "The Purchaser" means the person, company or firm that Telesound enters into a contract for sale of goods. General: Any goods offered for sale by Telesound are of normal commercial quality and are suitable only for the purpose for which goods are normally supplied. Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice, although every effort will be made to update prices well in advance. Prices prevailing at time of delivery will apply. All prices quoted are inclusive of GST. Wholesale, bulk or quantity discount prices are to be negotiated with the management of Telesound. Payment: Purchasers holding a Telesound Trading Account are welcome to charge their account. However Telesound reserve the right to suspend credit facilities and the supply of goods without notice where a Trading Account violates Telesounds terms of trade. Warranties: Telesound will honour all manufacturers warranties against manufactured defects for the term specified by the maker. No other conditions or warranties as to quality or fitness for any purpose whether expressed or implied by law and no representation or statement shall bind Telesound unless specifically set out in writing. None of the above conditions will negate any of the Purchasers rights under the consumer guarantees act should they apply to the purchase.
